What a session contains
Each session starts from the leadership team's condition, not from a slide deck. The first hour establishes whether the situation is a disruption to absorb or a baseline shift to design for. That distinction decides everything that follows. The remainder applies the method: what to decommission, what capacity the new conditions demand, and what to build first. Sessions end with decisions written down, owners named, and a date to review.
Speaking, workshops and advisory
Sessions booked through this site are built around the book and the REGENERATE leadership method. They are distinct from longer institutional work.

Where the method comes from
REGENERATE is an original methodology informed by professional experience, ecological thinking and organisational research. It draws on observations of how natural systems regenerate after catastrophic disturbance, applied as a leadership method to organisations whose previous model no longer fits. These sources shaped its development; they do not constitute formal validation. Stuart has over 30 years of experience in marine systems science and is a former board member of the Marine Stewardship Council and Blue Ventures.
