Who the sessions are for
Leadership teams managing compound disruption: a market that will not return, a funding model that has ended, a programme or organisation whose original design no longer fits the conditions it operates in. Past audiences include institutional boards, government and donor-funded programmes, ocean and blue-economy leaders, founders and executive education cohorts.
Formats

| Podcast and long-form interview | 30 to 90 minutes | Crisis leadership, polycrisis, the science of regeneration in natural systems, and the method's origin. |
What a session contains
Each session starts from the leadership team's condition, not from a slide deck. The first hour establishes whether the situation is a disruption to absorb or a baseline shift to design for. That distinction decides everything that follows. The remainder applies the method: what to decommission, what capacity the new conditions demand, and what to build first. Sessions end with decisions written down, owners named, and a date to review.
Where the method comes from
The REGENERATE method is built on how natural systems regenerate after catastrophic disturbance, applied to organisations whose previous model no longer fits. It is in structured testing with selected institutional leadership teams; results are published as clients permit. Stuart has delivered executive education at MIT, Oxford, Imperial College and LSE, given the keynote at AI for Oceans, and serves on the boards of the Marine Stewardship Council and Blue Ventures. Over 30 years in marine systems science, more than $721 million has been mobilised for ocean resilience through programmes he has led or advised.

About Stuart J. Green
When the old playbook no longer works and there is no prior state worth restoring, most leadership frameworks have nothing to offer. Stuart J. Green's REGENERATE methodology was built for that condition: compound disruption where recovery is not an option. Drawing on 30 years of marine systems science, including board advisory across three continents and over $721 million mobilised for ocean resilience, he provides institutional leaders with enforceable strategy for what comes next. Stuart is the founder of Blue-Green Advisors and author of The Regenerate Leap.
